Tooth coloured fillings
As the name suggests these fillings are selected to match the colour of your teeth. There are a number of different materials that can be used from resins, glass ionmer and porcelains.
A veneer is a layer of tooth coloured material that is permanently adhered to a natural tooth. They can be made from either porcelain or composite resin. Veneers can significantly improve the appearance of your smile by:
- Masking stains and discoloured teeth
- Restoring chipped or broken teeth
- Eliminating gaps between teeth
- Eliminating minor misalignment of teeth
- Closing spaces between your teeth
- Improving the appearance of damaged or decayed teeth
Teeth whitening is a safe and non-invasive procedure to improve the colour of your teeth.
We can provide you with the products for home bleaching. Special trays are molded to your teeth. These are applied for approximately two hours a day at home to hold the whitening solution against your teeth providing gradual results.
Crown and bridge
Dental crowns are caps that cover and encase a tooth. They rebuild and strengthen a damaged existing tooth as well as improving cosmetic appearance. They can be made from a variety of material, are durable and do not discolor.
Bridges are false teeth fused between two crowns to fill the space of a missing tooth. The bridge is permanently cemented to the adjacent teeth and do not require removal for cleaning.
